What is sublimation printing?
Sublimation printing is a method of printing whereby the dye is absorbed directly into the material. Because of this, even the printed areas of a fabric remain unblocked, which allows for superior drying and breathability.
Additionally, unlike with conventional heat press transfers, there is no fear of the print peeling or the colours fading. Special hues within color gradients, etcetera, can also be reproduced. And as the price is not determined by the number of colors, multiple logos can be printed at no extra cost.
It all makes for uniforms that are comfortable to play in, which in turn leads to enhanced performance!

Features of sublimation printing
Printing of enhanced images featuring color gradients, etcetera, is possible.
As the dye is absorbed into the material, there is absolutely no color fade or peeling. The print cost remains the same no matter how many markings (logos, emblems, etcetera) are included.
We use the same printing technology as industry-leading uniform manufacturers.

Honeycomb (100% polyester)
Features: Non-sheen, Airy due to honeycomb structure, does not become overly sticky from sweat.
Knitted from non-sheen, fully dull fabric in honeycomb fashion, this material has excellent water absorption and quick - drying water absorption and quick-drying properties. The honeycomb structure ensures shirts are airy, limiting the stickiness that occurs as a result of sweat. The material is also strong enough to withstand shirkage and color fading during washing.
Shadow Stripe (100% Polyester)
Features: Shiny
Knitted from bright, shiny fabric in 3mm stripe form, this material has excellent water absorption. Stripes appear in alternating dull and shiny lines.

Important Information About Ordering
 Delivery takes place roughly about three weeks after you place your order.
Minimum order of five uniforms is required (excluding goalkeeper's uniform).
We provide a Typeface List showing the different kinds typefaces for markings. If you would like a typeface other than those inside the simulator, you may choose your desired typeface from the Typeface List.
If you are interested in creating sublimation-printed uniforms which offer greater originality, please consult us directly.

Classic
This reasonably priced game pants can be easily combined with the TP series uniform.
We recommend these Game Pants Classic as the set pants for the sewn on uniform! You can choose between 5 different designs and 16 colors, and even transfer print markings such as your number or emblem. Also, making Sublime print type pants to combine with the Sublime type uniform is also possible by request Please contact us for further details.

Socks will provide strong support for feet in strenuous workouts. They have a simple, solid-colored design. We have a wide selection available in 16 colors and 4 different sizes. They are great for matching with uniforms.

Tricot (100% Polyester)
Characteristics:
shiny material with fine horizontal ridges.
We use a bright knitted tricot (warp-knitted fabric.) It is a slightly shiny material with fine horizontal ridges. Since this is a polyester fabric, it bears well with repeated washing and colour that does not fade away.

Counting from the placement of order, it takes about 3 weeks for delivery.
Minimum order of 5 uniforms. We accept requests for colour changes for the goalkeeper uniform with additional orders.
Regarding the Sublime print uniform (P/No GLEP), please either choose from our 20 basic designs, or create your design with the Sublime print uniform color simulator or contact us.
Regarding the stitch uniform (P/No G), please either choose from our 6 basic designs or create your own design with the Stitch uniform color simulator or contact us.
We have a "font list" for the available font for markings. If you would like to use a font that is not included in the simulator, please choose from this list.
There is only one color for the keeper pants.

Original Emblems
At Long Yong, we accept orders to create original emblems. Emblems are seen frequently both on and off the field, used on game uniforms,. practice clothes, cheer flags, and the like. Why not give your team an original emblem too?
If you are only changing the team name, colors, or size in an emblem sample above, the creation cost is free.
If you would like a design other than one of our original emblem samples, please send us an email with a hand-drawn design, image, or the like of your emblem. We will provide an estimate of the additional cost.
If you provide your own data in Illustrator format, the design cost is free.
Please do not hesitate to make an inquiry if you have any further questions.
Optional Prints
With our optional prints, you can add original logo designs by Long Yong.
They are silk screen prints, with some exceptions.
We are unable to put markings on areas near seams.
If the clothing size is less than the marking size, we cannot make the marking.
Marking sizes cannot be changed for every optional print.

Markings
We add markings to stitched uniforms and T-shirts by cutting out and pressure-bonding letter shapes using transfer sheets. You'll have a more personalized uniform.
We have prepared a font list showing different kinds of marking fonts. You can choose your desired font from this list.
If you have a request regarding the sizes of markings, please make an inquiry.
Marking prices differ depending on the design. For more detailed information, please make an inquiry.
Long Yong logos
Long Yong logos can be printed in one place per product free of charge,
The color can be changed freely.
Although we can print on all products, we are unable to print on areas near seams.
Font List
Long Yong Japan has a wide assortment of fonts available to be used in markings on uniforms. Please be aware that we may alter or scale down fonts depending on character counts, number combinations, and uniform regulations.
